Background

We're a UK start-up with a background in enterprise sales. All sales professionals knows how important their 'black book' is. Yet, all sales professionals use the native address book software that comes with their phone that's designed for consumers. We wanted to create a visual address book app that was designed for sales people to help them maximise the utility of the valuable contacts they create throughout their career.

To do this, we needed to move beyond the standard contact list view and start looking at contacts in the context of their relationship value. We built a powerful visual interface that shows the sales person the hierarchical and influential power of their contacts within the sales opportunities they are working on. ContactBase is rich with features such as cloud storage, address book optimisation and contact analytics.

As our platform has expanded, ContactBase TEAMS lets users team up and collaborate to reduce sales cycles, increase win rates and increase deal-sizes. Our next phase of growth will provide Sales Managers with visibility of the influencers and blockers across the key deals that will make or break their quota, as well as valuable KPIs and Leading Indicators for coaching their teams to success.
